Egg and Egg-White Scramble: A Simple High-Protein Breakfast

A high-protein breakfast doesn’t need complicated ingredients or long cooking times. An egg and egg-white scramble is one of the easiest meals you can make at home, using ingredients most people already have. This recipe is ideal for mornings when you want something filling, warm, and nutritious without spending much time in the kitchen.

    Why This Meal Works

Whole eggs provide healthy fats and flavor, while egg whites add extra protein without increasing calories too much. This balance makes the scramble light but satisfying. It’s easy to customize and works well for breakfast or even a quick dinner.

    Ingredients

    • 2 whole eggs
    • 3 egg whites
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon oil or butter

    Cooking Method

Whisk the eggs and egg whites together in a bowl. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil. Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently to keep them soft. Remove from heat once just set.
